Stones League

As a club, we're constantly trying to improve facilities and attract new members, whether complete beginners or experienced and proficient players.

Our coaching programmes are improving all the time - and you'll find we're one of the few clubs around that not only welcomes beginners with open arms but also runs special coaching sessions for them and sets aside court time so you can get started against others of a similar level and improve at your own pace.

Our facilities are also improving all the time. We have three courts, only one of them floodlit at present. But we now have planning permission in place to put floodlights on courts 1 and 2. This will allow us to run evening club nights all year round. We'll also be able to schedule league matches midweek in winter. And it will ease fixture congestion for the summer league matches as well.

To find out more about the club, please explore the site, contact one of the committee members or come along to a club session on Saturdays from 2.30pm (and Wednesday evenings in summer).

Latest news:

The club now has floodlights on the two main courts.

The courts are being cleaned and painted at the end of April / start of May. One of the courts may be out of action at stages - although the third court will always be available.

We now have an official child protection policy.
